CFSS Support Workers

CFSS workers assist with ADLs, IADLs, routines, mobility, and community activities under a Qualified Professional’s guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bathing, dressing, grooming
  • Cleaning, laundry, meal prep
  • Mobility assistance & transfers
  • Behavior redirection and reminders
  • Support with appointments and outings

Caregivers / Home Care Aides

Provide comfort, stability, and companionship.

Caregivers help clients of all ages with daily tasks and ensure they remain safe at home.

Responsibilities:

  • Light housekeeping & home organization
  • Meal preparation & nutrition support
  • Medication reminders
  • Mobility assistance
  • Positive companionship

No experience required — we provide all training.


Registered Nurses (RNs)

Lead with compassion, clinical knowledge, and integrity.

Our RNs provide clinical oversight, assessments, and training for staff and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations
  • Oversee health-related tasks
  • Develop and review care plans
  • Train staff on safe care practices
  • Ensure DHS compliance and best practices
