BrightSide Care is a Minnesota-based organization dedicated to helping individuals and families live with independence, dignity, and confidence.
We specialize in Community First Services and Supports (CFSS), Children and Family Services, Personal Care Assistance (PCA), and Waiver Services throughout Minnesota.
Our goal is simple — to support people of all ages and abilities in living active, fulfilling lives in their homes and communities. We believe that compassionate, person-centered services are the key to empowering individuals to achieve their goals and maintain their independence.
To inspire independence and elevate lives through compassionate, person-centered care and family support.
At BrightSide Care, we’re committed to building trust, providing quality services, and partnering with individuals and families to help them reach their highest level of independence.
To create a caring Minnesota community where individuals of all abilities have equal access to high-quality, respectful, and reliable support services — allowing them to live safely, comfortably, and independently.
At BrightSide Care, we are dedicated to helping individuals and families across Minnesota live with dignity, comfort, and confidence. We provide DHS-compliant, person-centered services designed to meet the needs of people of all ages and abilities — whether you need daily living assistance, family support, or long-term care coordination.
BrightSide Care’s PCA services provide hands-on help with daily activities like dressing, grooming, bathing, eating, mobility, and toileting. We also assist with health-related tasks and behavioral support, offering both Traditional PCA and PCA Choice for greater flexibility.
BrightSide Care provides Home and Community-Based (HCBS) Waiver Services, helping individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions live independently in their communities. We work closely with case managers and families to ensure each care plan meets DHS and waiver program standards.
We uphold the highest standards of care and accountability.
BrightSide Care operates in full compliance with Minnesota Statutes §256B.0659, CFSS policy guidelines, and all DHS oversight requirements.
Our Qualified Professionals (QPs) and supervisors provide regular training, evaluations, and visits to ensure every service meets program expectations.
We also maintain clear grievance, incident, and service termination procedures to protect client rights and maintain transparency.
Because we understand that true care goes beyond daily support — it’s about helping people build confidence, achieve goals, and live meaningful lives.
At BrightSide Care, you’ll find a dedicated team that values compassion, consistency, and community.
We don’t just provide services — we inspire independence and elevate lives.
